通过对断口形貌、化学成分、金相组织、扫描电镜、冲击韧性、硬度等理化检验和分析,最终确定了装载机铲齿与刀板连接处的焊接薄弱区是刀板断裂的裂纹源,断裂刀板硬度和冲击性能不符合要求,显著降低了刀板的使用寿命.
