Abstract
研究采用配料(热装铁水)→100t UHPEAF→120t LF→120t VD→CCM→入坑缓冷工艺生产42CrMo4大圆坯的关键技术,试制生产的42CrMo4圆坯,具有钢质纯净,低倍组织致密、均匀性好,表面质量、外形尺寸良好的优点.用此圆坯加工的风电齿圈,淬透性能稳定,低温性能优异,齿圈探伤合格率达到99.7％,对提高风力发电机组的发电效率起到重要的作用.
