Abstract
研究高碳钢丝不同电解磷化工艺特征以及拉拔性能,研究发现磷化膜重量随着电流密度呈线性关系;随着电流密度增大,磷化膜重量增加且微观形貌由长条状转变为颗粒状.当磷化膜重量小于12 g/m2时,拉拔损失相对较小.选择合理的磷化工艺进行深拉,钢丝可正常拉拔,其性能符合要求,可替代传统磷化钢丝.
