Abstract
利用Thermo-Calc热力学计算软件,对K488合金平衡相和合金元素对析出相的影响规律进行了计算和实验两方面的分析.计算和实验结果均表明:合金的平衡相主要有γ、γ′、σ、碳化物,合金凝固过程中Mo,Ti偏析比较严重;随着C和Nb含量的增加,MC的析出量增加而析出温度降低,Ti元素则相反;Al、Ti元素含量的增加,γ′相析出量和析出温度逐渐增加;Cr含量对σ相的析出量和析出温度影响最大;计算和实验结果具有较好的一致性.
