Abstract
针对某企业生产中带头印缺陷频发的问题,对带头印缺陷的产生机理进行了研究.结果表明:带钢厚度、卷筒刚度、卷取张力、上卷温度对带头印缺陷有较大影响,并通过Abaqus有限元仿真分析得到进一步验证.根据机理研究及仿真分析,开展一系列攻关试验,带头印平均长度由前期88.7m降至34.7m.
