Abstract
采用SEM检测分析,明确了DP钢表面带状色差缺陷的成因为冷轧带钢浅表层的轧碎.通过改变冷轧基料基体组织类型,改善冷轧来料表面质量,调整冷轧压下率等工艺措施,有效控制了DP钢成品表面色差缺陷的产生.
