Abstract
为了分析摆动运动对涡轮增压器浮环轴承的影响,基于摩擦学,通过对涡轮增压器浮环轴承几何结构、运动形式、接触方式、受力与速度进行分析,推导出考虑摆动与旋转复合运动的浮环轴承组合磨损数学模型.基于此模型,讨论了摆动周期与摆动转速比对浮环轴承磨损量变化的影响,研究结果表明:浮环轴承磨损量随摆动周期的增大而减小,且减小率逐渐变小;浮环轴承磨损量随摆动转速比的增大而减小,且减小率逐渐增大.研究结果为浮环轴承理论计算提供了一定参考.
