基于DEFORM-3D的皮尔格冷轧不锈钢管有限元模拟及分析

Abstract
根据皮尔格冷轧过程的特点,应用DEFORM-3D软件建立了皮尔格冷轧304不锈钢钢管有限元模型,其中包括运动、摩擦、接触等重要边界条件,并对冷轧过程进行仿真.获得了各个变形阶段不同截面的变形规律,轧制过程中轧制力和应力分布规律以及金属流动情况.将有限元模拟结果与实验结果进行对比,两者基本吻合,模拟结果可供皮尔格冷轧成形工艺设计和实际生产进行参考.
