Abstract
采用金相显微镜、涡流导电仪、拉伸试验机和扫描电镜研究连铸连轧过程中6201电工铝合金显微组织、导电性能和力学性能的演变规律。结果表明,随着连铸连轧道次的增加,6201铝合金显微组织晶粒被细化,电导率降低,抗拉强度提高,伸长率降低。经过15道次连续轧制后,6201铝合金电工圆铝杆的电导率为51.4% IACS ,抗拉强度和伸长率分别为211 M Pa和14.2%,与6201铝合金连铸坯相比,其电导率下降了2.65%,抗拉强度提高了12.83%,伸长率下降了7.19%。
