以目前国内普遍采用的外控式成型方式以及切环法检测残余应力手段为例,介绍了高钢级厚壁螺旋缝焊管(φ1 219 mm×18.4 mm,X80钢级)残余应力的研究方法,从理论上分析了螺旋缝焊管生产过程中残余应力产生的原因,并从长期的生产实践中总结出一些降低和控制残余应力的措施.这些措施在生产实践中取得了较好的效果,钢管质量得到了大幅度的提升.
