Abstract
利用金相显微镜、扫描电镜及能谱分析等手段,分析了Cr-Ni气瓶用无缝钢管在中频感应加热旋压收口过程中产生金属脱落缺陷的原因.结果表明:金属脱落是由于钢管过烧所致.制瓶厂家在收口过程中,采用中频感应加热及三轴联动旋压收口时加热温度过高、形变速度过大,机械能转化为热能致使局部温度上升至液相点以上,导致形变过烧.
