金属镁从发现到现在已经经历了209年的历史,目前世界上炼镁有两种方法,电解法和硅热还原法.电解法是将含MgCl2的原料提纯成无水氯化镁或将含M g原料转化成无水氯化镁,在熔融三元系电解质中电解氯化镁生产金属镁.在整个三元系电解质中,电解质组分的控制尤为重要,本文将重点论述镁电解槽结晶层的预防及处理措施.
