Abstract
通过TC18钛合金在同一温度下三种不同变形量锻造,研究了锻造变形量对棒材低倍组织的影响.研究结果表明:40％变形量下,棒材出现了不同程度的黑斑组织.本文通过对黑斑组织的化学成分、显微组织进行分析,可以得出黑斑组织不是由于化学成分偏析造成的,而是锻造变形量不均匀引起的组织不均匀.
