装配间隙对定子模块化永磁电机齿槽转矩的影响

Abstract
为降低部分电机定子绕组下线难度,文章在原始定子结构基础上,采用一种模块化定子结构.由于模块化定子制造及装配精度限制,使定子齿部与定子轭部接触面之间存在一定装配间隙,该间隙影响电机的齿槽转矩.首先建立模块化定子永磁电机有限元模型和分析齿槽转矩产生机理,然后采用有限元技术分析模块化定子不同装配间隙参数对齿槽转矩影响规律,最后提出了合理的装配间隙.研究表明:合理装配间隙的模块化定子可以有效地削弱永磁电机齿槽转矩、提高电机电磁性能.
