Abstract
通过反应等离子喷涂技术制备含Ti含量不同的金属-陶瓷纳米复合涂层.并利用XRD和SEM对该涂层的物相组成、结构及形貌进行研究.结果显示,该涂层中形成了FeAl2 O4、Fex Aly、TiO2、Fe相以及铁钛尖晶石相.对其力学性能的研究表明,随着Ti含量的增加显微硬度逐渐降低,磨损性能逐渐升高,当Ti含量为10％时,复合涂层的综合力学性能最优.
