研究了30Cr3Si2NiMoWNb超高强度钢奥氏体化后在30.0~3.5℃/min之间冷却的相变产物,及对随后低温回火后强韧性的影响.研究结果表明降低冷却速度即使形成贝氏体组织,但钢的强度高于常规油冷淬火,而韧性和塑性则有一定程度的下降;马氏体相变之前形成25%~30%的下贝氏体使低温回火后的强度进一步提高,但不影响断裂韧性;然而,相变组织中出现珠光体和上贝氏体则急剧恶化低温回火后的强度和韧性.
