对两种不同类型的桥梁钢Q370qE进行不同温度的模拟火工试验,研究了火工温度对试验钢组织性能的影响.结果表明:随火工温度升高,Q370qE钢强度降低,冲击吸收能量变化较小.铁素体+珠光体型Q370qE钢的安全火工温度上限为800 ℃,而低碳贝氏体型Q370qE钢的安全火工温度上限为850 ℃.高于上限温度,试验钢性能无法满足要求.
