分析了连续定向凝固制备QSn4-3合金的微观组织,并对其进行750~850℃保温2 h的退火处理,研究了退火过程中合金的组织演变.结果表明:连续定向凝固QSn4-3合金组织由柱状晶粒与粗大等轴晶粒组成.在退火温度为750℃条件下,等轴晶粒的晶界开始发生迁移,而在800℃条件下,柱状晶晶界开始发生迁移,在850℃条件下,柱状晶的晶界发生平直化现象.
