Abstract
为了研究Sn元素对6061铝合金的作用,将固溶与时效热处理后含Sn的铝合金与普通铝合金的组织与性能进行比较.结果表明:Sn元素对6061铝合金的微观形貌有一定影响,对其再结晶晶粒的大小与成分影响不大;人工时效与预时效处理均可相应缩短Sn铝合金硬度达到峰值的时间;时效后含Sn的铝合金的硬度有明显提升,综合性能也得到了相应提高.
