利用动力学软件DICTRA对MG600铸坯凝固过程中的枝晶偏析和等温均匀化退火过程进行模拟,同时将模拟结果与实际退火试验结果进行了对比.结果表明,DICTRA模拟的Si、Mn偏析度结果与试验结果有较好符合,1250℃保温6 h为MG600铸坯的最佳退火工艺.
