Abstract
借助Gleeble-1500D热模拟机,测定了应变速率1 s-1、变形量50%,变形温度950、870和790℃时,IF钢的应力-应变曲线,并使用金相显微镜观察分析空冷后的显微组织。结果表明:IF钢的流变应力随变形温度的降低而增大,且应力-应变曲线的类型不随变形温度的变化而改变,在950~790℃变形温度下,应力-应变曲线均表现为动态回复型;变形温度越高,变形后的铁素体晶粒越细小。
