利用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜研究了TC18钛合金两相区热处理过程中的等轴化规律.结果表明,随两相区加热温度的提高,等轴化速度增大;延长两相区的保温时间,也可以实现等轴化;当温度靠近相变点时,延长保温时间,等轴化效果减弱.两相区保温等轴化的驱动力来源于加工过程畸变能和α→β的相转变.
