Abstract
研究了1Cr25Ni16Mn7N奥氏体热强不锈钢经固溶处理后,在600℃~800℃长时间加热对力学性能的影响.结果表明,随加热温度的提高,加热时间的延长,材料的强度变化不大,塑性降低,且冲击韧度明显降低.利用扫描电镜、透射电镜等手段分析研究加热前后的显微组织变化后发现:加热到600℃时,Cr23C6首先在晶界处析出,700℃加热500h后σ相析出,这两种主要脆性相的析出导致高温加热后冲击韧度明显下降.1Cr25Ni16Mn7N钢与其他25Cr-20Ni型钢相比高温析出特征基本一致,主要析出相为Cr23C6和σ相.
