Abstract
Q235钢经冷轧-时效-再结晶处理后,钢中存在大量弱界面.应用TEM和SEM观察钢的微观组织结构及拉伸断口.结果表明,弱界面有阻碍位错运动、偏转主裂纹扩展方向的作用,可形成分层断口.这种断裂方式使断口表面积增加,显著提高了材料的力学性能.
