Abstract
某厂生产了一批采煤掘进机用18Cr2Ni4WA钢制齿轮轴,齿顶圆直径为175mm,轴径为125mm,齿轮轴长为340mm.该齿轮轴经渗碳直接油冷淬火+低温回火后(渗碳及淬回火工艺参数不详),所有的轴全部在平行于轴向发生开裂,裂纹产生于表面并裂向心部,长度贯穿全轴长,见图1.
