Abstract
针对振动机连接器零件的压铸成型需要,设计了1副两板式压铸模.在分析铸件成型方案的基础上,设置了3条不同方向的流道对型腔进行浇注,并设计了双斜导柱滑块机构实现铸件侧面抽芯,铸件脱模采用推杆推出.模具结构设计合理,浇注系统设置恰当,脱模机构简单实用,为同类铸件的模具设计提供借鉴.
