Abstract
以某型号扭矩板为研究对象,根据外形特征确定锻造工艺,利用数值模拟获得锻造过程中金属的变形趋势,根据模拟结果,提出了增大预锻圆角、减小弯曲时能量输出和增加镦粗工步的改进方案,并进行优化模拟.优化后试验结果与数值模拟结果吻合,得到了满足用户质量要求的锻件,为同类型模具的结构设计和实际生产提供了参考依据.
