Abstract
采用多向锻造(MDF)对Mg-4Al-1Zn-0.5Mn合金进行塑性变形,利用光学显微镜和电子背散射衍射(EBSD)等分析了合金的组织与织构.结果 表明:随着锻造道次的增加,合金中的小角度晶界比例减少,大角度晶界有所增加,晶粒细化,织构有所改变,织构强度降低,各向异性减弱,径向力学性能提高.经过6道次锻造后合金的径向晶粒最细,径向塑性最高.
