脉冲等离子体爆炸对Cr12MoV钢组织及性能的影响

Abstract
通过脉冲等离子体爆炸工艺对Cr12MoV钢表面进行改性处理.利用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、能谱仪和X射线衍射分析了改性层的显微组织、元素分布和物相,并用显微硬度计测试不同区域的微观硬度.结果表明,脉冲等离子体爆炸处理后可得到熔凝区和硬化层两层组织,熔凝区和硬化层分别由柱状晶与细晶区组成,并且熔凝区产生元素注入现象.随着脉冲次数的增加,表面粗糙度先降低后升高,处理次数为5时,Ra=13.98 μ,m.硬度从表面到基体呈现先升高后降低的趋势且硬化层的硬度较基体显著提高.改性层硬度随处理次数的增加而增加,但增加的趋势有所减缓.
