研究不同添加量及不同组合添加量的合金元素镁和硅对气泡发泡过程中孔的大小,孔的形状以及孔的均匀性的影响,并采用SEM对泡孔孔壁结构的研究来确定硅元素和镁元素的添加对泡沫稳定性的影响.结果表明,纯铝粉末中单独加入硅和镁对泡沫的稳定性作用不大,而共晶成分的铝硅合金添加1％左右的镁后泡孔更均匀,泡壁更光滑些,发泡过程更稳定.
