Abstract
牵引电机中的转子导条及端环(短路环)断裂是牵引电传动系统失效的主要形式.通过对短路环焊接工艺的分析,采用超声相控阵检测手段,对失效区域进行检测工艺设计;通过仿真模拟、参考试块试验等方式验证其检测工艺的可靠性和适用性,最终为常见动车电机的失效检测提供工艺设计的思路.
