Abstract

以15 mm厚度TC4合金增材制造自然缺陷试样为对象,研究其射线照相检测工艺及灵敏度,并采用90°翻转照相、工业CT断层扫描技术进行验证.试验验证结果表明:射线照相检测可检出15 mm厚度TC4合金增材制造制件中直径为0.4～0.5 mm的孔洞缺陷,然而同射线照相透视成像相比,工业CT断层扫描成像技术更有助于缺陷的定位和定量.
