Abstract
通过测试交变磁场-凝固压力协同场下ZL205A合金晶粒尺寸,研究交变磁场-凝固压力协同场对ZL205A合金晶粒尺寸的影响机理.结果 表明,在凝固压力不变的情况下,随着励磁电流强度增加,ZL205A合金试样的平均晶粒尺寸先增大后减小;随着凝固压力增大,当励磁电流强度小于10A时,交变磁场-凝固压力的协同作用将促进合金晶粒长大;而当励磁电流大于10 A时,交变磁场-凝固压力的协同作用将抑制品粒长大.
