Abstract
利用超声铸造法制备了原位Al3Ti颗粒增强的Al3Ti/2024Al复合材料,研究了Al3Ti含量对Al3Ti/2024Al复合材料微观组织、硬度、力学性能和耐磨性的影响.结果表明,随着Al3Ti含量增加,复合材料基体组织逐渐细化;但当Al3Ti含量超过12%时,复合材料致密度却显著降低;基体硬度和复合材料硬度都随Al3Ti含量增加而增大;Al3Ti含量为8%的2024Al复合材料的屈服强度和抗拉强度分别为357MPa和446MPa,相比铸态2024Al合金提升了38.5%和39.8%;复合材料的耐磨性随Al3Ti含量增加而逐渐提高.
