Abstract
研究了水平连铸生产中TP2铜管表面裂纹缺陷,采用化学成分分析、组织分析、扫描电镜断口分析和能谱分析等方法,分析了表面裂纹形成的原因并提出裂纹控制的措施.根据裂纹产生原因,分别从熔炉纯净度、铸造模具和铸造工艺等方面进行严格控制,明显减少了铜管表面裂纹.
