在分析镁合金轮毂主要成形工艺及拟试制的镁合金轮毂结构特点的基础上,确定采用低压铸造工艺试制镁合金轮毂.试制的镁合金轮毂低压铸造模具设计主要包括:采用金属外形、覆膜砂芯;通过增加模具壁厚提高镁合金轮毂的冷却速度;模具材料为H13;升液管内径为70 mm;在顶部砂型上预置通气孔.
