Abstract

以AT72镁合金为研究对象,设计了压铸工艺.通过密度测定、力学性能测试,研究了压铸工艺对AT72镁合金力学性能的影响.所讨论的压铸工艺包括:常规压铸、真空压铸、普通钢质冲头、密封铜质冲头、慢压射速度、快压射增压压力、压室停留时间以及慢压射阶段降速排气.结果表明,选取合适的慢压射速度、快压射增压压力、压室停留时间,以及有效的慢压射阶段降速排气设计可以进一步提高压铸试样的力学性能.不同压铸工艺试样的密度越大,抗拉强度越高.
