随着劣质原油加工比例增大,低温部位的腐蚀问题越发突显.对腐蚀调查过程中发现的常压塔顶系统腐蚀的问题,从工艺流程、塔顶温度控制、注水及助剂控制等工艺防腐方面系统分析了腐蚀严重的主要原因,通过工艺流程模拟明确了适宜的塔顶控制温度、注水量等参数,并提出了相关防控建议,为缓解常压塔顶系统的腐蚀提供了有效助力.
