电极形状对AA5182铝合金电阻点焊性能的影响

Abstract
采用自主设计的球面电极(spherical electrode,SE)进行铝合金的电阻点焊研究,从电极寿命、裂纹抑制及接头拉剪载荷三个方面,比较其与普通平端面电极(flat electrode,FE)对AA5182铝合金电阻点焊性能影响的差异,并结合SORPAS模拟结果验证和分析了产生这种差异的机理.结果表明,针对AA5182铝合金中频直流电阻点焊,采用这种自主设计的SE电极所得的焊点拉剪载荷总体较高,裂纹风险因子也较小(SE:0.105 ~0.110,FE:0.148 ~0.152),焊点的裂纹呈现短而小的特征,电极寿命明显优于FE电极.
