Abstract
30CrMnSiA合金钢零件表面出现了点蚀缺陷,对点蚀缺陷进行了检测分析,并利用HCl溶液浸渍的方法进行了加速腐蚀试验.结果表明:电化学腐蚀会引起点蚀;钢中MnS夹杂与基体之间的界面是点蚀的起源;点蚀的发生与零件存放的高温高湿环境等因素有关.针对这一情况,建议在今后采取在表面涂覆防护油的方法进行防护.
