Abstract
通过化学成分分析、金相检验、力学性能测试、腐蚀形貌观察和腐蚀产物分析等方法,对长庆油田某输油管道的腐蚀失效原因进行了全面研究.结果表明:垢下腐蚀和细菌腐蚀是管道腐蚀失效的直接原因,建议改善水质结垢倾向,采取定期添加阻垢剂和杀菌剂等防腐蚀措施.
