Abstract
根据航天工业需要,设计了国内首台栅极液压成型专用设备.该设备的液压系统由合模液压系统与成型油压系统组成.合模液压系统在1.0 ～16.0 MPa范围内控制精度为±0.1 MPa,且连续可调;成型油压系统工作区油温在80～88℃,在0.3～5.0 MPa范围内控制精度为±0.1 MPa,且连续可调.经实验验证,该液压系统工作可靠,满足生产要求.
