Abstract
某镍钛合金医疗器械产品,在生产过程中出现批量断裂,但该批原材料经检验是合格的.通过金相显微镜、扫描电镜及能谱等对产品断裂原因进行了分析.结果表明,激光切割使热影响区产生微裂纹,在后续的热定型工序中,微裂纹逐步加深导致产品最终断裂.同时,分析认为,改善激光切割入刀口位置,避开产品热定型变形量较大区域,可有效控制激光切割热影响区内微裂纹的延伸,提高产品质量,降低产品风险.
