Abstract
三个炉次的马氏体沉淀硬化不锈钢,进行化学成分对力学性能影响的热处理工艺试验,热处理后进行力学性能检测及金相显微组织分析.结果表明:含碳量和镍当量对力学性能的影响最大,随着含碳量的减小,强度、硬度提高;随着镍当量降低,强度、硬度提高;金相显微组织分析的结果同力学性能数值的变化一致.结论对优化控制化学成分有指导意义.
