Abstract
研究了EDM和ESM加工孔对DD32单晶合金在1000℃/280 MPa条件下持久性能的影响.结果表明,两种电加工方式均降低合金的持久性能,特别是明显降低持久伸长率.ESM孔试样的持久寿命和持久伸长率都优于EDM孔试样.EDM加工孔内表面要比ESM加工孔内表面氧化程度更高,且ESM孔内表面相对于EDM孔内表面更加密实和光滑.但是,ESM孔和EDM孔内表面都有30μm左右的反应层.多源裂纹在EDM或ESM加工孔周围萌生,并在持久变形过程中向基体内部扩展.
