Abstract
基于传热学原理,找出了金属型模具的合理壁厚与铸件壁厚之间的关系,及在铸件顺序凝固方向预置温度场的方法.并将其应用于改善低压铸造铝合金车轮的质量.结果表明,在材料利用率提升8.9％的同时,轮辋的力学性能可达到屈服强度214 MPa、抗拉强度276 MPa、伸长率5.3％,SDAS为22.6～30.3 μm.
