介绍了铁型覆砂磨球铸造工艺流程及质量要求.在铁型覆砂磨球铸造工艺设计的基础上,运用铸造模拟软件MAGMAsoft进行工艺仿真,分析工艺模拟的结果,提出工艺优化方案.在实际生产中验证工艺的合格性,从而达到缩短研发周期、提高铸件质量和降低生产成本的目的.
