整铸式铝合金加热盘的研制

Abstract
针对化工、化妆品行业使用的对加热均匀性要求极高的加热盘部件,采用原机加工后装配电热丝的方法,加工周期长、费力且成本高,无法解决密封、装配间隙等难题,达不到满意效果.提出整体铸造式,利用计算机模拟技术,设计了合理的铸造工艺方案,并通过实际浇注及检验和加工试用,解决了原工艺的缺点,满足了使用要求.
