钛合金厚板窄间隙焊接残余应力模拟研究

Abstract
采用有限元软件对钛合金厚板窄间隙焊接接头的温度场和应力场进行了数值模拟,分析了多层多道焊下钛合金厚板残余应力分布规律.结果 表明,焊接残余应力随距焊缝中心距离的增加而降低.高应力区位置出现在距焊缝上表面约5mm深度位置,最大横向残余应力为383 MPa,最大纵向残余应力为628 MPa,均位于焊缝中心.需要采取优化焊接工艺或者消应力处理等方法,以避免因应力过大导致的结构失效问题.
