Abstract
通过使用热力学软件FactSage系统地研究了轴承钢Ca-Al-Si-O、Ca-Mg-Si-O和Mg-Al-Si-O四元体系热力学平衡规律.结果 表明,Ca-Al-Si-O四元体中,随着钢液中Al、Ca含量增加,钢液中夹杂物由Al2O3、2CaO·SiO2和CaO·Al2O3·2SiO2向2CaO·Al2O3·SiO2、3CaO·Al2O3转变.当Ca含量较高时,会有极少量的CaO产生.在Ca-Mg-Si-O体系中,随着钢液中Ca、Mg含量增加,钢液中夹杂物主要有CaO·MgO· SiO2、2MgO·SiO2和3CaO·MgO·2SiO2,钢液中Mg含量较高时,主要以钙镁的复合夹杂物和MgO为主.在Mg-Al-Si-O体系钢液中,通过提高钢液镁含量,可使GCr 15钢液中Al2O3转变为MgO·Al2O3尖晶石夹杂物;镁含量过高时,可生成MgO夹杂物.
